Just a bit of the process, for anyone curious. I ended up having to draw a lot in, but I’m very happy with how it turned out overall. I still can’t believe the original post almost has 4,000 notes now!

So, I don’t understand, does that mean this is not a photo, but rather a photoSHOP? Like, the arm is from a different scene than the head, or the leg, etc?

I’m confused.

I suppose you could say that it’s both. In the episode this was taken from, Sherlock does a pan-up view of Irene, but there isn’t a single-shot of her like this. So I took pictures of every little bit that we were shown, and put them together to create the whole image of what Sherlock saw. Like so:
